Floating Sauna & the Bog Lake

Step into the steam room of the floating sauna and gaze out at untouched bog nature – dark waters and silver birches. And yes, it’s only natural: after a good steam, you leap straight into the lake. There’s no shower here, but who needs one when the water is right at your feet?

For extra adventure, grab the SUP board. Paddle out to cool off, or drift to the far end of the lake to spot the beavers that call it home.

The steam room fits 6 people. Beside the raft, a wooden terrace – our Relaxation Oasis – invites you to pause, breathe, and take in the stillness.

This bog lake is truly rare. In all of Europe, you’ll hardly find darker waters than here at Neitsijärv and its nearby sisters. The soft, brownish water has a pH of only 4–5. And if you believe the local folklore, the only creature living here is a lonely maiden who lures men into the depths.

The Honeycomb Sauna & Hot Tub

The Honeycomb Sauna may be Finnish at heart, but its hexagonal design makes it unlike any other. Surprisingly spacious, it holds a steam room, shower, lounge area, and even a toilet.

From the steam room, a wide window frames the view. Why sit in darkness, when you can steam in light and space?

The benches fit 5 people, and the view is nothing short of spectacular.

Just outside, at the edge of the fields, sits the hot tub. Warm year-round, it’s the perfect spot to watch the sun set slowly over the golden horizon. Together, the sauna and hot tub create a seamless, complete experience.
