After a sauna session, a swim in the bog lake, or a long brainstorming day, there is often a moment when opening a good drink feels like exactly the right thing to do. That is why we created a small Honesty Bar — a self-service bar built on trust, available whenever it suits your rhythm.

Take a drink from the fridge and enjoy.
Please let us know what you had. 🙂
Payment can be made in cash or by card.
All opened bottles are charged at full price.
Coffee and tea are always complimentary for overnight guests. It simply feels like a basic human right. ☺︎

Wine & Sparkling Wine

Quinta da Raza Branco Vinho Verde — 16€

Portugal · a light and refreshing white wine.
Notes of green apple and lemon, lively acidity and gentle minerality. A great aperitif and a good match for fish and grilled vegetables.

Antica Osteria Rosso, Garofoli — 16€

Italy · a smooth and juicy red wine.
Cherry notes with a touch of spice and soft tannins. An easy-going wine for relaxed evenings and sharing with friends.

Henri Maire Jurassique Crmant du Jura Brut

Henri Maire Jurassique Crémant du Jura Brut — 32€

France · a traditional-method sparkling wine from the Jura, made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Fresh and elegant, with notes of white flowers, ripe apple and pear, followed by subtle toast and nutty notes. Dry, clean and gently citrusy on the finish.

Poggio al Tufo Alicante — 37€

Italy · a deep, elegant red from Tuscany, made from the rare Alicante grape. Dark and silky, with ripe forest berries, vanilla, mocha and nutty notes, followed by chocolate and lavender on the finish.

Uue-Saaluse Sparkling Rhubarb Wine — 27€

Craft sparkling wine from Estonia. Dry and fresh, with bright acidity and a clean rhubarb aroma. Perfect as a welcome drink or alongside a sauna evening.

Semi-dry sparkling fruit wine made from quince grown in South Estonia. Fresh and citrusy, with notes of quince and green apple and a gently spicy finish. A good aperitif and a natural match for lighter dishes.

Uue-Saaluse Vermouth No. 9, 500 ml — 38€

Sweet red vermouth made from nine grape varieties grown at Uue-Saaluse and nine traditional vermouth herbs. Herbal and bittersweet, with wormwood and citrus standing out. Best served chilled over ice or used in cocktails.

Dry craft cider. Crisp, clean and elegant with a pure apple character. Less sweet than most commercial ciders.
